Meet Our Staff
Dr. Rick Regusa
After working for Bar S for several years Dr. Regusa purchased and took over Bar S Animal Clinic from Dr. Jim Lytle in 2000 and has been committed to the health of your family members ever since. Dr. Rick graduated from Kansas State University with his doctorate of veterinary medicine and has been in practice for 30+ years.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his dogs, traveling, and time with friends and family.
Dr. Barry Littell
During our busy winter and spring months Dr. Littell takes time away from his busy practice back in Nebraska to come join us during the busy season. As a graduate from Kansas State University he has practiced veterinary medicine for over 30 years. He has experience in both large and small animals. Dr. Barry brings his expertise in surgery, acupuncture and chiropractic care during the time he is here.
When not working Dr. Littell enjoys spending time with his family, roping and enjoying his pets.
Dr. Deb Littell
Dr. Barry's "Better half" you will see on occasion, will help out during the busy season here and there. She have many years of experience and is just awesome to have around the clinic when she is here.
Ashleigh Anderson CVT
Ashleigh attended Kaplan College and graduated in 2010 with an Associates of Occupational Sciences in Veterinary Technology. From there she went into general practice in a small animal clinic where she honed her skills in surgery, anesthesia, nutrition, emergency care, dentistry, behavior and more. Ashleigh joined our team in September of 2019. She is Fear Free Certified, an AAVSB Veterinary Care Elite member, and is a Certified Veterinary Technician. Ashleigh is also our Laser Therapy Technician. She is always looking for ways to expand her knowledge and frequently does CE on various different subjects related to veterinary medicine.
When she's not here at the clinic Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her fiancé, and her 2 boys along with their 10 canine counterparts and 5 feline friends. When she's not busy with all of them, she enjoys reading, coloring, drawing, going on adventures, training her dogs, and spending time with her friends and other family.
Dorinda Morris - Vet Tech
Dorinda has been a member of the team for several years now. If you have us come out for an outcall its likely youll see her with the doctor during the visit. Dorinda is on the job trained, and is great at what she does.
When not at the clinic she enjoys time with her family, her horses and dogs.
Brittany Gavegan Receptionist
Brittany is one of our lovely ladies youll see at the front desk. When you call its likely she will be one of the first people you speak to. From making appointments, to filling prescriptions, you can count on her to get you taken care of.
When Brittany isnt at the clinic she enjoys photography, rodeos, spending time with her dogs and having a good time with her friends and family.
Cheyenne Lacey Receptionist
Cheyenne is another of our full time receptionists. A Wickenburg native Cheyenne came back to work with us last year.
When not working she enjoys time with her kids, riding horses, and spending time with her family.

Jude Acedo- Kennel Tech
If your Pets frequent our boarding kennel it is likely you have met our kennel tech Jude. She's been an animal lover forever. She started bathing and brushing dogs at a grooming shop, which she was later shown how to fully groom as well. Jude has been an Arizona resident for 40 years. She has worked as a kennel tech at various locations for over 7 years.
When Jude isn't busy at the clinic spoiling your pets, she enjoys time with her friends and family and her big goofy German Shepherd Ringo.
Lauri Taylor Kennel Tech
Laurie is our longest resident kennel tech. When shes not here providing your boarding pets with exceptional care she enjoys going to yard sales, going camping and spending time with her family and pets.
